The Jenkins Chaos Monkey Plugin versions prior to 0.5 fail to enforce proper access controls on its HTTP endpoints. This oversight permits users with Overall/Read permissions to access the Chaos Monkey page unrestrictedly, allowing them to view the history of actions taken within the plugin.
