The Jenkins Chaos Monkey Plugin versions prior to 0.5 fail to enforce proper access controls on its HTTP endpoints. This oversight permits users with Overall/Read permissions to access the Chaos Monkey page unrestrictedly, allowing them to view the history of actions taken within the plugin. This vulnerability could lead to unauthorized exposure of potentially sensitive operational data within the Jenkins environment.
