What is CVE-2020-24602?
Ignite Realtime's Openfire version 4.5.1 is susceptible to a reflected Cross-site scripting vulnerability. This vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker to execute arbitrary malicious URLs by manipulating the GET parameters including searchName, searchValue, searchDescription, searchDefaultValue, searchPlugin, and searchDynamic on the Server Properties and Security Audit Viewer JSP pages. This can potentially compromise the integrity of the affected system and allow unauthorized actions.
