What is CVE-2020-24949?

PHP-Fusion 9.03.50 has a vulnerability in the downloads/downloads.php file that permits authenticated users (who are not administrators) to craft malicious requests. This flaw can lead to remote command execution (RCE), allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the server.
