What is CVE-2020-25121?
A persistent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Admin Control Panel of vBulletin 5.6.3. This security flaw allows attackers to inject malicious scripts through the Paid Subscription Email Notification field within the application’s options. When an administrator interacts with the subscription notifications, the injected scripts may execute, potentially compromising user data and leading to further exploitation of the system.
