What is CVE-2020-26142?

A vulnerability in the OpenBSD kernel arises from the misinterpretation of fragmented frames in the WEP, WPA, WPA2, and WPA3 protocols. This flaw allows potential attackers to craft and inject arbitrary network packets into the network, disregarding the current network configuration settings. As a result, an adversary can exploit unfixed systems to perform unauthorized actions over the network, which could compromise security and expose sensitive data.
