What is CVE-2020-26713?

REDCap version 10.3.4 is vulnerable to a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) exploit present in the ToDoList function due to improper user input handling. When users submit data that is incorporated into the response without appropriate escaping, attackers can manipulate this behavior to execute scripts in the context of an authenticated user session. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, potentially allowing malicious actors to steal login credentials, hijack user sessions, or perform unauthorized actions within the affected application.
