What is CVE-2020-27302?
A stack buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Realtek's RTL8710 and associated Ameba-based devices, arising from the improper handling of the 'memcpy' function. This flaw can be exploited remotely by an attacker within Wi-Fi range, who can send a specially crafted 'Encrypted GTK' value during the WPA2 4-way handshake. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the affected device, posing serious security risks.
