What is CVE-2020-28010?

Exim Mail Server versions prior to 4.94.2 are susceptible to an out-of-bounds write vulnerability due to improper handling of the working directory pathname in a buffer with insufficient size. This flaw is exploitable because the main function operates with setuid root privileges, potentially allowing an attacker to overwrite critical memory regions, leading to unintended behaviors or application crashes.
