What is CVE-2020-35396?

The EGavilan Barcodes generator version 1.0 is susceptible to a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability through its index.php file. This weakness allows attackers to inject malicious XSS payloads whenever users access the affected web application. Consequently, an attacker can compromise user interaction and data integrity, posing significant risks to the application's users.
