What is CVE-2020-35719?
A reflected XSS vulnerability exists in Quest Policy Authority 8.1.2.200 that allows remote attackers to inject malicious scripts into users' browsers. This is achieved through a specially crafted link targeting the /WebCM/Applications/Search/index.jsp file by utilizing an added parameter. This issue is particularly critical as it affects versions of the product that are no longer supported by the vendor, leading to increased risk for applications still in use.
