The Eibiz i-Media Server Digital Signage version 3.8.0 is vulnerable to a directory traversal issue, enabling unauthorized remote attackers to gain access to files beyond the server’s root directory. By exploiting the 'oldfile' GET parameter, attackers can expose sensitive configuration files, such as web.xml, and access critical system files, including win.ini. This vulnerability poses significant risks to the integrity and confidentiality of the system.
