What is CVE-2020-36984?
The EPSON Printer Software version 1.124 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in the SENADB service. This flaw permits local attackers to execute arbitrary code with elevated system permissions by exploiting the unquoted path at C:\Program Files (x86)\EPSON_P2B\Printer Software\Status Monitor. By injecting malicious executables, attackers can leverage LocalSystem privileges, increasing the risk of further system compromise.
