What is CVE-2020-36985?

IP Watcher version 3.0.0.30 contains a vulnerability in its service configuration due to an unquoted service path. This flaw allows local attackers to inject malicious executables into the service's startup process. When the service is initialized, these executables can execute with elevated LocalSystem privileges, potentially compromising the system's integrity and security.
