What is CVE-2020-37030?

The Outline Service version 1.3.3 contains a security flaw involving an unquoted service path. This vulnerability permits local users to exploit the unquoted binary path located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Outline, which could allow malicious code to be injected and executed with elevated privileges during service startup. Such an exploit can lead to unauthorized actions conducted at the LocalSystem level.
