What is CVE-2020-37045?

Veritas NetBackup 7.0 is vulnerable due to an unquoted service path in the NetBackup INET Daemon service. Local users can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code with elevated LocalSystem privileges by manipulating the unquoted path located at C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\bpinetd.exe. This allows for potential unauthorized actions on the affected system, posing a significant security risk.
