What is CVE-2020-37086?

The Easy Transfer iOS mobile application, version 1.7, is susceptible to a directory traversal vulnerability. This flaw enables remote attackers to access restricted file system directories without the need for authentication. By crafting path manipulation exploits via GET and POST requests, an attacker can uncover sensitive system files and potentially insert malicious scripts into the application parameters, exposing user data and increasing the risk of further exploitation.
