What is CVE-2020-37154?

eLection 2.0 contains an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability within its candidate management endpoint. By manipulating the 'id' parameter, attackers can execute arbitrary SQL commands, potentially resulting in unauthorized data access or alterations. This flaw can be exploited using tools like SQLMap, which may lead to significant security risks including remote code execution, should an attacker upload malicious files to the web application's directory.
