What is CVE-2020-37217?

Easy2Pilot 7 is susceptible to a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that enables attackers to trick authenticated administrators into inadvertently creating new user accounts. By crafting malicious pages with tailored HTML forms that submit POST requests to the admin.php?action=add_user endpoint, an attacker can exploit this flaw to establish administrative accounts without the consent or knowledge of the intended user.
