What is CVE-2020-4597?
IBM Security Guardium Insights 2.0.2 is susceptible to session management vulnerabilities due to the absence of a secure attribute on authorization tokens and session cookies. This flaw allows attackers to exploit unsecured links to potentially obtain sensitive cookie values. By manipulating user interactions with these links, attackers can intercept traffic and gain unauthorized access to vital session information, heightening the risk of session hijacking and unauthorized data access.
