A directory traversal vulnerability exists in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus versions 10.1.0 through 10.1.6 that allows a remote attacker to exploit this flaw by sending specially crafted URL requests containing "dot dot" sequences. This request could enable access to arbitrary files on the system, thereby compromising sensitive data and potentially leading to further exploitation.
