What is CVE-2020-5739?
The GXP1600 series of Grandstream phones is vulnerable to an issue where authenticated users can execute arbitrary commands remotely. This occurs through a malicious script injected into the VPN settings via the web interface. When a VPN connection is established, the device executes the user-defined script with root privileges, which can lead to unauthorized access or control of the device.
