What is CVE-2020-6083?
A denial of service vulnerability exists in the ENIP Request Path Port Segment functionality of the Allen-Bradley Flex IO 1794-AENT/B device. This security flaw enables an attacker to send a specially crafted network request that can crash the device, leading to a complete loss of communication. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability allows attackers to disrupt operations and may result in significant operational impact, as the affected device becomes unresponsive until it is manually reset.
