What is CVE-2020-6986?

In all versions of the Omron PLC CJ Series, a vulnerability allows an attacker to send a sequence of specific data packets in rapid succession. This activity can trigger a service error on the Ethernet module of the PLC, leading to a denial of service condition, effectively disrupting normal operations and impacting the functionality of the PLC.
