What is CVE-2020-7483?
A vulnerability exists in the TriStation 1131 system that could allow sensitive data to be transmitted over the network in clear text when the optional 'password' feature is enabled. Discovered in legacy versions prior to v4.9.1 and v4.10.1, this issue exposes data to potential interception, compromising the security of network communications. The vulnerability does not affect versions v4.9.1 and v4.10.1 onwards, where this feature is not supported.
