OpenVPN Connect version 3.1.0.361 for Windows contains a vulnerability due to insecure permissions in the directory %PROGRAMDATA%\OpenVPN Connect\drivers\tap\amd64\win10. This misconfiguration allows local users to manipulate the system by placing a malicious 'drvstore.dll' file into the directory, potentially leading to escalated privileges and further exploitation of the system.
