What is CVE-2021-21633?

A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in Jenkins' OWASP Dependency-Track Plugin prior to version 3.1.0. This flaw allows attackers to initiate requests to an attacker-defined URL, potentially exposing sensitive credentials stored within Jenkins. By exploiting this vulnerability, malicious actors could manipulate Jenkins operations by both reading and sending requests, creating security risks for users relying on the integrity of their CI/CD pipeline.
