What is CVE-2021-21638?
A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in versions 5.157.1 and earlier of the Jenkins Team Foundation Server Plugin. This flaw allows malicious actors to exploit the plugin by sending crafted requests that connect to an attacker-defined URL using stolen credentials. These credentials, which are usually stored within Jenkins, can be compromised through various means, posing a significant risk to the security of Jenkins environments.
