What is CVE-2021-21664?

An incorrect permission check in the Jenkins XebiaLabs XL Deploy Plugin allows attackers possessing Generic Create permissions to establish connections to attacker-specified URLs using credentials IDs they acquire through alternative means. This vulnerability can lead to unauthorized access and capture of sensitive Username/password credentials stored within Jenkins.
