What is CVE-2021-21872?

An OS command injection vulnerability exists in the Web Manager Diagnostics Traceroute functionality of the Lantronix PremierWave 2050. By sending a specially-crafted HTTP request, an attacker can execute arbitrary commands on the affected device. This vulnerability requires authentication, as the HTTP request must be made by an authenticated user to exploit the issue effectively.
