The sanitize-html library by Apostrophe Technologies prior to version 2.3.2 has a vulnerability resulting from improper validation of hostnames specified by the 'allowedIframeHostnames' option when 'allowIframeRelativeUrls' is enabled. This flaw allows attackers to evade the hostname whitelist for iframe elements, enabling potential security risks through malicious iframe sources that could lead to exploitation.
