Summary

The Bluetooth Classic component in Espressif's ESP-IDF framework prior to version 4.4 is susceptible to a denial of service attack. This vulnerability allows an attacker within radio range to exploit the system by sending a continuous stream of unsolicited Link Management Protocol (LMP) responses. When the target device is overwhelmed with LMP Feature Response data, it may result in a crash, effectively disrupting the intended functionality of the ESP32 chipset.
