What is CVE-2021-28165?

In Eclipse Jetty versions 7.2.2 through 9.4.38, as well as Jetty versions 10.0.0.alpha0 up to 10.0.1, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.1, a vulnerability exists that can result in a denial of service. Specifically, upon receiving a large invalid TLS frame, the CPU usage can spike to 100%, leading to potential system unavailability.
