What is CVE-2021-28168?

Eclipse Jersey versions 2.28 to 2.33 and 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 are affected by a local information disclosure vulnerability resulting from improper file handling. Specifically, the use of the File.createTempFile method creates files in the system's temporary directory with permissions set to -rw-r--r--. This means that any sensitive information written to these temporary files could potentially be accessed by any local user on the system, posing a significant information security risk.
