Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in Foxit Studio Photo by Foxit Software
CVE-2021-31433
7.8HIGH
What is CVE-2021-31433?
A vulnerability in Foxit Studio Photo 3.6.6.931 enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by convincing a user to visit a malicious web page or open a specially crafted ARW file. This issue arises from insufficient validation of user-supplied data during the parsing of ARW files, potentially leading to a write past the end of an allocated data structure. Successful exploitation may allow an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process, raising significant security concerns.
