What is CVE-2021-31762?

Webmin version 1.973 is susceptible to a Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability, which can be exploited by an attacker to create a privileged user using the 'add users' feature. This maliciously crafted request can manipulate legitimate users into performing unintended actions, ultimately allowing the attacker to gain a reverse shell by executing commands through Webmin's process functionality.
