What is CVE-2021-32198?

EmTec ZOC allows remote servers to trigger a denial of service condition by rapidly changing the title of the ZOC window. This issue arises due to the absence of a delay mechanism like usleep during the processing of title changes, leading to excessive calls to SetWindowTextA or SetWindowTextW. As a result, this can cause the Windows graphical user interface to hang, impacting user experience and productivity.
