The Bluetooth Classic implementation within the Cypress WICED BT stack, specifically for CYW20735B1 devices up to version 2.9.0, has a critical flaw in how it manages the reception of LMP_max_slot packets containing invalid Baseband types. This flaw occurs post LMP setup procedure, allowing attackers within radio range to initiate a targeted denial of service attack.
