CVE-2021-35486
8.1HIGH
What is CVE-2021-35486?
Nokia IMPACT is susceptible to a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability, permitting a remote attacker to import and overwrite the entire application configuration. The flaw occurs in the API endpoint /ui/rest-proxy/entity/import, where the essential validation for the X-CSRF-NONCE HTTP header and CSRF-NONCE cookie is missing. This oversight allows attackers to exploit the platform without user interaction, emphasizing the need for immediate mitigation to secure application settings.
