What is CVE-2021-36352?

A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists within Care2x Hospital Information Management version 2.7 Alpha. This flaw can be exploited via POST requests on the patient registration page (/modules/registration_admission/patient_register.php) through parameters such as 'name_middle', 'addr_str', 'station', 'name_maiden', 'name_2', and 'name_3'. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts that can execute within a user's browser session, potentially compromising user data and application integrity.
