What is CVE-2021-36754?

A flaw exists in PowerDNS Authoritative Server versions 4.5.0 and earlier, allowing remote attackers to crash the service. This vulnerability is triggered when an attacker sends a specific query (QTYPE 65535), leading to an out-of-bounds exception.
