The CODESYS Gateway V3 versions prior to 3.5.17.10 are susceptible to a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability. This occurs due to crafted communication requests that exploit the software, potentially leading to a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Attackers could leverage this flaw to disrupt the service, causing significant operational downtime and impacting the reliability of the affected systems.
