What is CVE-2021-36923?

The RtsUpx USB Utility Driver for Camera/Hub/Audio in versions up to 1.14.0.0 contains a vulnerability that allows local low-privileged users to exploit USB device privileged IN and OUT instructions. This can lead to unauthorized access resulting in potential code execution, denial of service, and information disclosure via a specially crafted Device IO Control packet sent to the device.
