An uncontrolled resource consumption issue in Fortinet FortiWeb allows unauthenticated attackers to exploit the system by sending oversized HTTP packets. This can lead to the httpsd daemon becoming unresponsive, thereby disrupting services and potentially exposing the system to further attacks.
