What is CVE-2021-43176?
The GOautodial API has a vulnerability that arises from improper handling of user-supplied input. This flaw allows attackers to append a .php file extension to the user-defined 'action' parameter. As a result, unauthorized users can trigger the execution of any readable PHP file located on the server. This vulnerability, especially when combined with other weaknesses, enables potential exploitation without the need for valid user credentials, exposing systems to severe security risks.
