What is CVE-2021-44440?

A vulnerability exists in JT Utilities and JTTK that can lead to memory corruption when processing specially crafted JT files. This flaw may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code within the context of the current process, potentially compromising the integrity of the affected systems. Users of JT Utilities prior to version 13.1.1.0 and JTTK prior to version 11.1.1.0 are strongly advised to update their software to mitigate this risk.
