PLANEX CS-QP50F-ING2 smart cameras expose a critical vulnerability that allows remote attackers to access a configuration backup interface over HTTP without authentication. This improper access enables unauthorized retrieval of sensitive data contained in compressed backup files, which may include passwords and other configuration details. As a result, attackers can gain administrative control over the devices, jeopardizing the security and privacy of monitored environments.
