JFrog Artifactory prior to version 7.31.10 is prone to a broken access control vulnerability that allows Project Administrators to create, edit, and delete Repository Layouts. This functionality should be restricted solely to Platform Administrators, hence posing a significant risk to repository management and configuration integrity.
