What is CVE-2021-47710?

The COMMAX Smart Home System, a smart IoT solution, is exposed to a vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to leak RTSP credentials in plain-text. By exploiting the /overview.asp endpoint, attackers can submit a GET request to retrieve sensitive information, including critical login credentials and DVR configurations. This exposure presents significant risks, as potentially malicious actors can gain unauthorized access to the smart home environment.
