What is CVE-2021-47726?

The NuCom 11N Wireless Router version 5.07.90 is vulnerable to privilege escalation due to improper handling of requests to the configuration backup endpoint. Non-privileged users can exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted HTTP GET request. This allows attackers to access and decode sensitive administrative credentials embedded in the backup configuration, leading to unauthorized access and potential takeover of the device.
