The COMMAX Biometric Access Control System 1.0.0 is susceptible to an unauthenticated reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. Exploitation occurs through manipulation of the 'CMX_ADMIN_NM' and 'CMX_COMPLEX_NM' cookie parameters, allowing malicious actors to inject and execute arbitrary HTML and JavaScript code in the browser session of the victim. This vulnerability poses significant risks for users by potentially enabling session hijacking and other malicious activities.
